Ingredients:
- 1 cup peeled, deseeded, and cubed cucumber
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. fresh or dried dill minced
- 3 Tbsp. fresh chives diced
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put in fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Steam, bake or grill your fish (1.5 pounds) of your choice.
- Add the topping after the fish is finished cooking.
