Ingredients:
- Oil for to sauté herbs
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup of chopped chives
- 3 Tbsp chopped dill
- 1/2 bunch french sorrel
- 3/4 cup of chicken or veggie broth
- 1/3 cup dairy or dairy-free milk (if unsweetened milk, add 1 tsp of a sweetener)
- 2 tsp of flour (gluten-free option – sorghum)
Directions:
- Sauté all of the herbs together until well-cooked.
- Add in broth, milk and flour.
- Cook until a thick consistency.
