Serves X-XX
Ingredients:
- 2 cups ground cherries removed from husks
- 1 cup sliced shallots
- 1/2 cup diced hot peppers
- Olive oil
Directions:
- lice shallots and sauté in olive oil for 10 minutes.
- Add in diced hot peppers and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
- Cut ground cherries in half and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Use on pasta, fish and grains.
