Ground Cherry-Hot Pepper-Shallot Topping

Serves X-XX

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ground cherries removed from husks
  • 1 cup sliced shallots
  • 1/2 cup diced hot peppers
  • Olive oil

Directions:

  1. lice shallots and sauté in olive oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Add in diced hot peppers and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Cut ground cherries in half and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Use on pasta, fish and grains.
