Lemon (French Sorrel), Dill and Chive Sauce for Chicken, Fish, or Vegetables

Serves X-XX

Ingredients:

  • Oil for to sauté herbs
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup of chopped chives
  • 3 Tbsp chopped dill
  • 1/2 bunch french sorrel
  • 3/4 cup of chicken or veggie broth
  • 1/3 cup dairy or dairy-free milk (if unsweetened milk, add 1 tsp of a sweetener)
  • 2 tsp of flour (gluten-free option – sorghum)

Directions:

  1. Sauté all of the herbs together until well-cooked.
  2. Add in broth, milk and flour.
  3. Cook until a thick consistency.
